WE ARE BIGREP
We will review your submitted application. You should expect to hear from us within two weeks after a thorough screening of your application.
We will set up a video call with our hiring manager. It’s a chance to talk about the position and get to know each other.
The second interview is face to face and involves a team interview comprised of employees from various departments. We will focus on your job-related skills, organisationand cultural fit. Depending on the position we might ask you to complete a technical task.
Hiring decision is made and the onboarding process can start.
