Despite the challenges presented by the recent spread of COVID-19, we at BigRep are working hard to ensure you have access to the resources you and your business need to meet your expectations in design and production with our additive manufacturing systems. Like many businesses we’re taking steps to ensure the safety of our employees and communities around the world, but want to assure our customers that we’re doing all we can to meet their needs.
So, here’s how current events are affecting us at BigRep:
- Our service department is doing its best to continue business as usual, but unfortunately due to travel restrictions onsite service is being scheduled on a case-by-case basis. We’re working closely with our resellers and other partners in regions that our usual service technicians can’t currently reach and will be offering additional service-focused on-demand content and video conferencing for service consultations.
- Our products - including filaments and spare parts - are in good supply. We don't anticipate any disruptions to online orders or deliveries.
- Any staff that’s position does not demand they be present at BigRep’s offices is presently working from home. Some are balancing responsibilities for children with closed schools and at-risk family members. We ask that you please bear these extraneous circumstances in mind in any communication with BigRep staff.
- Unfortunately, all upcoming BigRep events have been cancelled, either by us or their hosts. We’ll be replacing the intended presentations and panels with on-demand content wherever possible.
