BigRep's Hi-Temp is an ecological engineering-grade 3D printing filament for a wide variety of industrial and general applications.

It is resistant to high temperatures, maintaining a constant resistance up to 160 °C with minimal warping.

With such high heat resistance and an appealing matte surface finish, Hi-Temp filament is the choice for functional prototyping, household appliances, electrical casings, and as an end-use material for low-scale production or custom jigs and fixtures.

Hi-Temp is a scale dynamic, allowing designs to maintain their quality between large-format and desktop 3D printers. Compatible with open printers like the BigRep ONE, Hi-Temp is an excellent ABS alternative that is easily printable in low-temperature environments.

As a thermoplastic material derived from organic compounds, Hi-Temp is biodegradable under the correct conditions. CO2 neutral and environmentally friendly, it has a much lower ecological impact than other thermoplastics derived from fossil fuels - like ABS.

Hi-Temp is FDA compliant for food safety and meets all requirements of EU Directives on food contact.

BigRep PLA is an easy-to-use filament optimized for producing prototypes and pattern making, for end-use parts to the wide range of tooling applications.

The strength and stiffness of BigRep PLA makes this filament ideal for demanding industrial production, such as in 3D printing large objects for the architecture or construction fields.

PLA at a glance:

PLA can be printed at low to moderate temperatures and high speeds, and compared to other polymers used for 3D printing, the filament demonstrates minimal warping. Optimized for BigRep large-scale 3D printers, BigRep PLA enables successful prints without a special cooling system.

The mechanical behavior of BigRep PLA is suitable for most applications, though for applications requiring suitability with higher humidity (above 98%) and higher temperatures (above 60°C) other polymers should be used, such as PRO HT and PETG.

BigRep's PA6/66 is a highly durable 3D printing filament for industrial applications.

It is a light-weight thermoplastic material with high rigidity, and has high resistance to heat and chemicals. Its high compatibility with machining and mechanical strength make it an excellent candidate for most industrial applications, especially in the automotive and aerospace sectors.

Functionally similar to Nylon PA6, a common material for injection molding, PA6/66 is ideal for printing end-use parts or prototyping with nearly identical material properties to final, mass produced parts. The material's durability and production scalability make it the choice for not just industrial transportation applications, but also developing product electrical housing, cooling and heating systems, as well as molds and vacuum forming.

Prototyping with PA6/66 in full-scale with the same material properties as a final product can present substantial shortcuts in the product development cycle, circumventing frequent late stage iteration problems and dodging related exorbitant expenses.

Durable and Impact-Resistant

BigRep PETG is ideal for 3D printing projects requiring strength, toughness and thermal resistance in a filament.

The material is full compatible with all FFF open-build 3D printers, and has been optimized for use on BigRep large-scale machines, for a wide range of applications.
