A few employees in a Berlin loft built the BigRep ONE 3D printer prototype that ignited the business. Now over 100 employees on 3 continents work together on our mission.
Every week brings new challenges, and every week we work together to overcome them. We encourage every employee to innovate with new ideas, explore alternatives and take risks. Everyone has a voice at BigRep. We support, motivate, and we help each other grow.

APPLICATIONS PROCESS

1 Screening

We will set up a video call with our hiring manager. It’s a chance to talk about the position and get to know each other.

2 Video call

We will set up a video call with our hiring manager. It’s a chance to talk about the position and get to know each other.

3 Interview

The second interview is face to face and involves a team interview comprised of employees from various departments. We will focus on your job-related skills, organisationand cultural fit. Depending on the position we might ask you to complete a technical task.

4 Closing

Hiring decision is made and the onboarding process can start.
