1 Ready to Print from day one
Your BigRep industrial machine will be delivered fully functional and setup at your site by a BigRep certified technician who will run a test print, deliver a Final Acceptance Test, and introduce you to its operation. From day one you will be equipped to start manufacturing large complex objects with your brand new BigRep 3D printer.
Delivery
BigRep printers are delivered fully functional and pre-assembled. If desired, BigRep will support you with the entire shipping process, from ex-works to door-to-door, including all paperwork such as customs clearances.
Setup
BigRep printers are big industrial machines. Your BigRep 3D printer will be unpacked and setup at your location by a BigRep certified technician. Setup includes calibration of your machine, a test print, and a Final Acceptance Test (FAT).
Introduction to operation
After setting up your printer our certified technician will give you a short introduction to operation of your new industrial 3D printer. And you’ll be ready to start straight away with your big prints

Warranty
BigRep machines come with a minimum 1 year warranty during which we quickly and effectively resolve issues with hardware, software and printing quality, repairing or replacing faulty components.
Quick & convenient resolution
Report printer problems conveniently by phone or by creating a ticket in our Support Center, where you can also monitor the resolution process. We will take it from there and because we have staff in all [?] time zones and stock centers across the globe we can assure a rapid response including fast delivery of replacement parts.
3-Layer support system
We have the local partners all the world and most technical issues can be resolved simply by them. For those rare, hard-to-solve problems we have a three-layered support system in place. Difficult issues will be escalated to the BigRep Global Support team. If necessary, the BigRep R&D Team is our third layer – they are there to ensure full and timely resolution to any problems.
