Terms and Conditions ‘Win an iPad’ Drawing in the Frame of IMTS 2018

OFFICIAL RULES

1. Competition Period

The Win an iPad Drawing (the “Drawing”) begins at 12:00:01 am Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on July 13, 2018 and ends at 11:59:59 pm EDT on September 15, 2018 (the “Drawing Timespan”). By entering in the Drawing, each entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules. Entrants further agree to abide by and be bound by all decisions of the organizer BigRep America Inc. (the “Organizer”), which shall be final and binding, without right of appeal, in all matters relating to this Drawing and the awarding of the prizes, including without limitation eligibility and/or disqualification of entries.

2. Eligibility

The Drawing is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence as of the date of entry. Entrants may be asked to confirm their appointment in advance of the appointment at the allotted time, and such confirmation must be provided. Excluded from eligibility are BigRep employees and BigRep resellers and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of any immediate families.

 

3. How to Enter

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Internet access, valid email address and proof of entry to the IMTS 2018 in Chicago. Limit: One entry is permitted per person.

By the Drawing deadline (September 15, 2018), the entrant must have booked a consultation/demo with BigRep via https://bigrep.com/posts/events/imts-2018/  and attended the consultation/demo at the BigRep booth at IMTS for the confirmed appointment. If the entrant books the consultation/demo to enter the Drawing, and does not appear at the agreed time and place, the Drawing entry will not be valid. Rescheduling appointments and subsequent entries into the Drawing are at the sole discretion of the Organizer at the time of the IMTS 2018 event. A double entry by the same individual or a double entry from the same company/registered corporation, may result in forfeiture from the Drawing.

4. Prizes

There is one prize (the “Prize”) available to be won, consisting of:

Cash value of the Prize is $329 USD. The Prize may be couriered or posted to any address in the United States or Canada. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash or otherwise. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of greater or equivalent monetary value if the Prize, or part thereof, cannot be awarded as described for any reason. The Organizer will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.

Any other costs or expenses associated with the Prize not specified herein will be the responsibility of the selected winner, including without limitation applicable taxes, subscriptions, additional insurance plans, additional features, repairs, or accessories.

6. How to Win

Upon the deadline of September 15, 2018 at 11:59 pm EDT, drawing entries will close. On September 18, 2018, one (1) entry will be pulled from the draw at random.

7. Prize Claim Conditions

The winning entrant will be notified via the email address used to enter the Drawing. In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must: (i) respond to notification of selection within five (5) business days of first attempt by Organizer; (ii) answer, if required, further information required by the Organizer; (iii) sign and return waiver to Organizer, within two (2) business days of it being sent by Organizer, a written declaration and release form, releasing the Promotion Entities and from any liability in connection with this Contest or the use, misuse, awarding or possession of any prize (the “Release”); and, (iv) otherwise comply with these Official Rules.

Return of the Prize, or any part thereof, or winner notification as undeliverable, inability to reach selected entrant or failure of selected entrant to respond to notification within five (5) business days of first attempt by Organizer or Organizer’s agent, failure to provide a valid email address, failure to provide proof of eligibility (if requested) such as proof of attendance at IMTS 2018 and the booked Consultation, or other required information in a timely manner, failure to provide these eligibility information sources, or other non-compliance with these Official Rules, may result in disqualification, forfeiture of the Prize, or part thereof, and, at Organizer’s sole discretion, selection of an alternate eligible entrant for the forfeited Prize, or part thereof, in accordance with these Official Rules, who will be subject to disqualification in the same manner.

8. Right to Void / Terminate / Suspend / Modify

The Organizer reserves the right to terminate, suspend or modify this Drawing, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice or obligation if, in Organizer’s sole discretion, any factor or event arises that could interfere with the proper conduct, administration, security or impartiality of the Drawing as contemplated by these Official Rules.

The Organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Drawing, and/or the website www.bigrep.com (the “Organizer Website”), violates the Official Rules, or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

9. Limitation of Liability and Releases

By participating in this contest, entrants agree that the promotion entities have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind (including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages) to persons or property resulting from a prize, including the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize.  Further, by participating in this drawing, entrants agree that the promotion entities have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind (including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages) to persons or property resulting from: a) entry or participation in this contest, including access to and use of the contest website or the organizer website, or b) any claims based on personality or privacy rights, defamation or merchandise delivery.

 

10. Protection of Personal Information

Unless otherwise authorized by the entrant, any personal information provided by the entrant when they enter the Drawing will be used solely by the Organizer and its authorized agents for the purposes of administering the Drawing and prize fulfillment. When entering the Drawing, however, the entrant may give their express, opt-in consent to receive electronic messages from the Organizer. All personal information the Organizer or its authorized agents collect will be handled in accordance with the Organizer’s privacy policy which may be found at: https://bigrep.com/data-privacy/

 

11. Governing Law

This Drawing is governed by the law of the United States. Each entrant agrees, to the extent permitted by law, that any judicial proceedings relating to any disputes, claims or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Drawing shall take place in a provincial court within Massachusetts.
