Automotive Inspection Fixture
This inspection fixture is 3D printed with dual extrusion using water-soluble BVOH support. The BVOH is dissolved in water, leaving a perfectly post-processed part with minimal effort. Scan the NFC tag or click here to learn more.

Postprocessed End Use Part
There are several ways to achieve perfect surfaces on your 3D print. 1) Print high resolution and simply spray coat, 2) print rougher (and faster) then postprocess with filler and a spray coating. Click here to learn more about a wide range of postprocessing techniques.
Application: End Use Part

Postprocessing in Three Steps
1. APPLY FILLER
Filler is applied on the surface to fill the small ridges between layers. Two-component epoxy fillers result in increased part strength.
2. SAND FILLER
Once cured, the filler is sanded to remove excess material and create a smooth surface ideal for adhesion of the final coating.
3. SPRAY COATING
The final spray coating creates a more robust and smoother surface with unlimited options for aesthetic finishing, colors, and glossiness.
