Durable and Impact-Resistant
BigRep PETG is ideal for 3D printing projects requiring strength, toughness and thermal resistance in a filament.
The material is full compatible with all FFF open-build 3D printers, and has been optimized for use on BigRep large-scale machines, for a wide range of applications.
PETG at a glance:
- High printing speed
- Thermal resistant
- Extrudes between 190-240°C
- Minimal shrinkage and warping effect
- Strong first-layer adhesion to heated print bed
PETG is a suitable alternative to PLA or ABS, depending on requirements, as it possesses excellent strength, toughness and temperature resistant properties. BigRep PETG extrudes odorlessly and readily achieves a smooth flow at temperatures from 215°C to 250°C, lending a glassy sheen to the transparent prints.
